Merciful Redeemer in Kenya is one of Heart for Africa's newest partners working alongside GOA. We made our first visit to Merciful Redeemer in July 2008. During this first trip, our team completed construction of the new home located approximately one hour south of Nairobi.

By completing this home, the 85 children living at Merciful Redeemer were able to move from the home near a slum in Nairobi to this new home. The new Merciful Redeemer is located on 10 acres of beautiful land that provides room for two dorms, a kitchen, a school, teacher's housing, and more. There is also a large garden, livestock areas, and a soccer field.
