The Litsemba Follow-Up Team
The Litsemba Follow-Up Team trip will be instrumental in ensuring that the churches that have partnered with Heart for Africa have the tools and resources necessary to continue the care for the children in their community. The volunteers on this trip will continue the work started by the Litsemba Team in the garden and in the community around the church.
